After six years of traveling, living, and working in the hospitality industry, managing hotels and hostels in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, I found myself back in the UK. In my mid-30s, living with my parents, and feeling lost, I knew I wanted to work with people. Despite feeling fed up and uncertain about my future, I had a deep love for customer service and helping others.

During this time, a friend recommended CBD to me, and I decided to give it a try. While it didn’t magically solve all my problems, it did take the edge off, and I realized that this was a product with the potential to help people. It ignited a passion in me.

I began researching CBD more extensively, and the more I learned, the more convinced I became that this was something I could be genuinely passionate about. Instead of managing other people’s businesses, I saw an opportunity to run my own and make a real difference in people’s lives. That became my mission.

I can honestly say that I’ve never worked harder on anything in my life. We survived our first year in business, faced the challenges of two years of COVID, and yet, we’re still thriving and growing. We started with a market stall and eventually found our home in Afflecks. I’m incredibly proud of how we’ve been able to help so many people, and I’m amazed by how the business has evolved from a small market stall with a handful of products to a bustling shop and a website offering an ever-expanding range, including our own Inspired Life products.
